Abstract

The goal of this research was to determine how Green HRM affects both organizational performance and Green Innovation. Examined was the connection between green corporate performance, green innovation, and employee environmental ideas. Also looked at were the moderating effects of employee environmental ideas and the mediating effects of green innovation. Personnel of government schools made up the study's population, and data collecting took place in colleges attended by Azad Jammu and Kashmir employees. SPSS software and Andrew of Hayes are used to analyze the data with the use of a closed-ended questionnaire; all of the replies were tallied on a five-point Likert scale. The outcome shows that an independent variable was a substantial impact on the results of the multiple regression analysis used to determine the impact of Green HRM variables. Organizational performance, employee environmental ideas, and green innovation. The outcome shows that Green HRM was a positive impact on organizational performance. For HR division and high organization to create their green HRM policies, the outcome was quite helpful. Future studies on other HRM functions and their connections to green innovation, organizational performance, and employee environmental ideas are possible.
